About Iris van Welzen

I am a passionate customer success manager in the automotive who is always seeking new opportunities and is ready for new projects and next steps. I don't see problems but challenges to solve. I value open communication and transparancy a lot and this is one of the assets I bring to the table as a customer success manager. Instead of proposing solutions directly, I prefer to listen, ask questions and clarify the situation before offering anything. I strongly believe listening is the most important thing in customer success management. Building strong relationships, being transparant, proactively approaching clients and understanding their pains is most important in my job. Besides that, I will make sure the client is provided with everything they need. Working in customer success means working closely with all other teams, such as a technical team, marketing team, finance and chat operations to provide our clients support on all of these areas.
