In 2022 Medanex Clinic was acquired by NAMSA and I was assigned as Manager GLP & Process Improvement. I lead the clinical pathology laboratory team and am responsible for the GLP system, IT and software integration projects. From 2018 to 2022, I worked as Study director for GLP studies and was responsible for the management of multiple business optimization projects at Medanex Clinic (Quality, Digitalization, Informatics). In 2017, as a project manager, I focused on Quality Control and bioinformatics. I also led the team implementing GLP at Medanex Clinic. My career as scientist started in a GMP cell-culture laboratory in 2015. At the end of 2015 I joined Medanex Clinic as data manager. In june 2015, I obtained a postgraduate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship for engineers at KU Leuven, magna cum laude. My master's degree in bio-science engineering was obtained in June 2014, specializing in cell- and gene technology, cum laude. My research focused on the reorientation of MLV integration for safer gene therapy.
