Experienced QA & RA manager and certified Quality engineer with expertise in the following areas: • Certification audits of ISO 22716 and ISO 9001. • Establish, implement, maintain and improve Quality management system. • Perform periodic internal audits, staff training and certification. • Manage CAPA customer’s complaints and failures analysis process. • Perform incoming inspection and QC during production and packing process. • Subcontractors and suppliers evaluation and approval. • Responsible for all the regulatory procedures in the company. • Expert in cosmetics registration procedures in the Ministry of Health and regulation in accordance with the new European standards • Ensure that products and their labeling meet all regulatory requirements. • Compilation and maintenance of Technical Files / Design Dossiers.
