As a Consultant Unit Manager, I oversee a team of 19 Business Analyst consultants, a part of my time i also manage customer assignments as a Project Manager and Management Consultant. I hold a Master of Science in Digital Business Development with a specialization in Informatics, and I bring extensive experience in IT from both the public and private sectors. I am a certified in project management and as a Product Owner/Product Manager with a deep passion for product development and delivering value to customers. My expertise includes artificial intelligence (AI), where I have both education and a strong affinity for applying AI principles and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in various projects. I excel in change management, always striving to support and lead organizations through challenging times. My leadership style is supportive and creative, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking. Communication is one of my key strengths, and I believe it is essential for achieving success.
