As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in product compliance, cybersecurity, and standardisation, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance programs. Currently, I serve as an expert representative in the European Commission Expert Group for the Cyber Resilience Act, where I lead the development of strategic guidelines and provide high-level input on regulatory initiatives. My role involves ensuring robust compliance measures and strengthening the EU’s representation in international standardisation. In addition to my work with the European Commission, I serve as a Sherpa for APPLiA- a Brussels-based trade association that represents the home appliance industry in Europe, in the High-Level Forum of the European Commission for the Union Single Market, focusing on standardisation. This role involves identifying strategic priorities and enhancing the visibility and influence of EU standards globally. My extensive experience in both European and international contexts enable me to effectively advocate for industry interests and drive impactful regulatory outcomes. I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards of product compliance and contributing to the success of innovative and forward-thinking organizations.
