About Irman Soerjadarma

I am a civil engineer and have over twenty years experiences in engineering and construction activities of Infrastructures including Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Road and Highway and Coal Mining Sector Industries, conducting project management services, construction management and engineering process based on international standards. The engineering design experiences include engineering deliverables preparation for both civil and structure including steel structure design for pipe rack, shelter and platform, concrete design for slug catcher, shallow foundation, retaining wall and pit, mechanistic pavement design for flexible pavement, rigid pavement design, geometric design and infrastructures facility for oil and gas facilities, coal and mining infrastructure facilities and reviewing basis of design in accordance with international standard code (EN1990,1991,1992 & 1993, ACI318M, AISC 341/360, ASCE, Austroads, AASHTO93 and etc). Project management experiences include construction management of tollways, EPC project for road rehabilitation, Infrastructure maintenance for pulp and paper camp site, FEED preparation for LNG Projects, bid preparation for tank farm project, conducting gas processing equipment fabrication and dredging and reclamation preparation work. Project management skills include project controlling, quality control management, WBS preparation, cost control, scheduling and earned value analysis for highway or infrastructure projects and oil and gas projects. In relation with highway projects, I have experienced in conducting project management services of 362 Million USD Infrastructure Project, 11 km of elevated tollway in Metro Manila, Philippines. I also have involved in the operating and maintenance of 30 km elevated tollway in Jakarta including preparing annual maintenance budget, monitoring and controlling maintenance progress, preparation standard operating procedure for civil work tollway maintenance as part of quality management system.
