About Irsa Naim

My name is Irsa Naim, and I am a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. With compassion, boundless energy and a dependable nature, I excel at managing diverse priorities while maintaining a positive and curious outlook. My passion lies in working with individuals from varied backgrounds, particularly those from minority groups, refugees, immigrants, indigenous communities, children, and at-risk youth. I thrive on building meaningful connections and excel in collaborative environments. With experience as a Behavioural Interventionist and a degree in Psychology, I possess the skills to engage with individuals of all ages and effectively manage tasks while keeping communication lines open with supervisors. My journey as a third-culture kid from Dubai, UAE, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
