As a Client Services Consultant at Universal Healthcare, I establish positive and lasting relationships with clients by providing efficient and professional customer service assistance. I offer advice and expertise to help them improve their business performance, taking orders, processing billings and payments, reviewing and making changes to customer accounts, obtaining and recording customer information, and keeping records of customer interactions. I have a BA in Public Management and Governance from the University of Johannesburg, where I studied how to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and to improve customer service. I am passionate about learning more about my environment and its current affairs, and I always rise up to the challenge to not only better the current skills I possess, but to acquire new ones. I am a team player who strives to deliver the best results, whether it be as an individual or as part of a group.
