In my early 20s, I never imagined that curiosity would take me from clinical practice to scaling HealthTech ventures. But it did. Along the way, I learned that true growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens when you combine strategic vision with human-first leadership. I bring over 20 years of experience across Pharma, MedTech, and HealthTech, and today, I advise early-stage ventures on how to find clarity, gain traction, and scale with purpose. After graduating from medical university in my early 20s, I transitioned from clinical practice into the healthcare industry — where I gained diverse skills in business development, market access, sales enablement, and innovation management. Later, I earned a second degree in economics and marketing and completed numerous certifications. But I believe the most powerful growth always comes from learning by doing. My leadership journey includes scaling operations across 20+ markets in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia during my time at Alcon. There, I led strategic business development, sales, market expansion, achieving sustainable growth through go-to-market strategies and partnership management. My mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability allow me to navigate complexity, drive growth, and deliver results. In 2025, I took a bold step into the startup ecosystem as a Strategic Advisor — combining corporate discipline with startup agility to support innovation-driven teams. My 1st project already resulted in securing the 1st investment round for a HealthTech venture and building the foundation for market entry. I’m also a proud mother to an inspiring daughter starting her own professional journey, and an advocate for inclusive, people-first leadership. As a member of Women in Leadership (WIL) Europe, I champion diversity, empowerment, and supporting women in their professional growth.
