About Iryna Biela

Hello! I’m Iryna Biela — Career Consultant, Confidence Coach & HR Professional. I help people find direction, confidence, and clarity in their careers — whether they’re changing jobs, returning to work, or simply wanting to feel fulfilled again. My background includes 15+ years in HR and Learning & Development in international companies across Ukraine and the UK. This lets me combine three areas — HR expertise, coaching, and career consulting — to support professionals and organizations through growth and change. What I do I help professionals to- Create or update CVs and LinkedIn profiles that truly reflect their value - Prepare for interviews with confidence and clear self-presentation - Find the right career direction or plan a transition into a new role - Build confidence, overcome uncertainty, and believe in their professional potential I also collaborate with companies and organizations to run workshops on career development, employability, confidence, and communication. My approach is simple: clarity first, confidence second, and growth that lasts. I believe that every person deserves to build a career that feels right — not just looks right. Let’s connect if you’re looking for clarity, confidence, or inspiration to take your next professional step.
