I am an Email Marketing Specialist at CPA Ontario, where I lead comprehensive email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incorporating market and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities. I have a postgraduate degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Centennial College and a bachelor's degree in Philology from Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University. I have developed core competencies in email marketing, analytics, A/B testing, and customer engagement. In my current role, I collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to secure approvals and ensure compliance with industry standards. I utilize advanced analytics to assess campaign metrics, extracting data-driven insights to inform strategic adjustments and refine future email marketing strategies. I conduct rigorous A/B testing to continually optimize email engagement and conversion rates, aligning with a solution-oriented mindset to address any challenges. I also pioneer innovative approaches, such as the development of automated welcome email journeys, to enhance customer retention and loyalty. I am passionate about creating impactful and personalized email experiences that resonate with the target audience and align with the organization's vision and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak three languages (English, Ukrainian and German) and have a background in philology.
