About Isaac Abo

As the present OHS Advisor/Employee Relations Team Leader with Post-PNG under the Human Resource department, I have extensive experience recruiting, training, and developing staff nationally. I understand what it takes to manage a team, develop strong relationships with clients, efficiently meet sales quotas, and maintain a vibrant and ambitious attitude as a representative for the company. I was employed for the past three years as the Channel & Communication Executive officer under the Retail department with Post-PNG Ltd before my current appointment as the OHS Advisor. I persistently exceeded quotas and generated sales of at least PGK under the Retail operations when I was heading the Post PNG Draw & Color Post PNG promotion. I am confident in my abilities to do the same and perform well in other organizations. I’ve also managed a sales team and have trained each of them to be a motivated sales representative for the company. I’ve successfully taught strategic sales and operations to my team, applying effective sales tactics that have proven to exceed quotas. With my experience, I can achieve the same for other businesses or organizations should I be considered or allowed to prove my worth.
