I am an experienced IT professional with over three years of providing IT technical support. I specialize in troubleshooting complex issues on Citrix, Windows OS, and applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Currently, I work as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Maples, where I provide remote and on-site support. I troubleshoot issues for users on Citrix and laptops, manage user accounts in Active Directory by creating accounts, resetting passwords, and updating permissions. I also create distribution lists, run troubleshooting scripts, and educate users on various applications. Additionally, I prioritize VIP support, resolve printer issues, and provision access cards to maintain smooth IT operations. I have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Zendesk and a solid foundation in networking protocols. I am continuously expanding my technical expertise while pursuing a part-time BSc in Information Systems and Information Technology at Technological University Dublin, complemented by a CompTIA A+ certification.
