About Isaac Brubaker

Spear heading projects of development, organizational strategy, marketing, staff management, training, and strategic planning are just a few of my charges. I am always looking for the opportunity to provide growth and engagement in new and creative ways. Originally starting in 2006 in charge of building new sports programs, I was soon looking for new opportunities in my organization to grow personally and to grow our revenue. I was promoted every 18 months to 2 years in my capacity at the JCYS as a direct result of my dedication, hard work, and the resulting profitability. I am very passionate about the field of youth development, equity, and environmental protection. I pride myself on being a self-starter and creative thinker. I focus on my audience and how my message is best going to be received, whether that's the general public or an internal communication. This leads to a higher rate of personal investment and conversions in regards to fundraising, engagement, or recruiting/retaining staff. In 2018 I built and filled a brand new day camp from scratch with 100 campers every week, nearly doubling in size to 175 campers per week in 2019. That program continues to grow, engage more families, and become better on all measurable metrics. Beyond the camp program, I've been able to double our income in three years by updating marketing, customer service, and adding new programs. I invest my time into my staff, knowing that without them, we will not succeed together. Additional accomplishments include coaching the Stevenson High School archery team, co-sponsoring Operation Snowball at Stevenson, presenting at conferences on marketing and community building, and leading online marketing classes/consulting with a camp focus through Go Camp Pro.
