About Isaac Bugarin

I’m a dedicated marketing professional at the Kalamazoo Growlers, a member of the Northwoods League. In this role, I work as part of a team that creates content that makes people think, laugh or cry. I create marketing campaigns and manage ad spend, among other tasks with a great team. Previously, I had the exciting opportunity to work with the Bismarck Larks, where I spearheaded the creation of the viral Missouri River Motorboaters alternate brand. This innovative concept gained widespread recognition, featured on major outlets like Sports Center, Barstool Sports, and Jomboy. The brand’s success was undeniable, earning the 2023 Northwoods League Promotion of the Year award after selling to all 50 states within four hours of launch and selling out its entire inventory in just 24 hours. Beyond the Motorboaters, I also orchestrated all marketing campaigns for the Larks’ sponsor events, promotions, and ticket initiatives. My efforts led to a remarkable 96% ticket sales rate, demonstrating my ability to drive engagement and revenue. Prior to my role at the Larks, I was one of the founding members of Funatix Events, a new sister company that quickly became involved in three major Bismarck events: the Bismarck Marathon, Mandan Rodeo, and Bismarck Santa Run. My early involvement in this venture provided me with valuable experience in event planning and execution. I am a graduate of MSU Denver where I studied sport management, focusing on sports media, promotion, and marketing. My minor was in communication studies. I've been active in the sport industry since 2015 before I graduated high school.
