About Isaac Ejibu

Started training in water engineering (plumbing section) with Moses Kasirye Technical services for 3years. Later joined Sumadhura Technologies LTD as a borehole drilling supervisor for 1year. learnt how to deal with people of different ethnicities, behaviors and more so adopted to multi cultural environments and multi tasks. I developed a skill in managing projects with and without supervision, managing stress, team work, integrity, planning report writing designing and installation of boreholes. later joined China Jianxi International Company and worked as company Plumber for 3years installing water appliances drainage installations, interpretation of drawings and executing as on plan, acquired some electrical skills. Freelanced in plumbing for 1year. later trained at Agromax U LTD in agribusiness, learnt how to plan for seasons, manage crops, do open field and greenhouse farming, train other youths in farming. Later got retained at Agromax U LTD and joined the Irrigation department where have worked since 2017 up to date majoring in irrigation design and installation, consultancy services, greenhouse and shade house installation and renovation works, designing farms, training on the benefits of irrigation in agriculture. Above all it's the ATTITUDE that maters.
