About Isaac Elkah

As CEO and Founder of Preferred Depot and Operation of Things® (OoT), I specialize in guiding international MedTech companies through the complexities of U.S. market entry and operational scale-up. With a focus on white-label operations, COO-level leadership, and adherence to FDA and ISO standards, our team delivers end-to-end infrastructure and compliance solutions that enable sustainable growth. We are committed to serving as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to establish a strong, compliant, and competitive presence in the United States. My expertise in operational acceleration, U.S. market entry, and MedTech innovation is built on 20+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, and electronics. I have held executive roles at leading MedTech companies including CMT Medical, Syneron-Candela, and Sinclair Medical, where I enhanced manufacturing, strengthened customer retention, and drove new business growth. Having relocated twice to the U.S. to establish back-office and operational infrastructures, I gained firsthand insights into the challenges of expansion. Through our trademarked OoT™ (Operation of Things™) model, we provide international companies with a cost-effective and lower-risk pathway into the U.S. market.
