Having worked across the hospitality sector and retail automotive I have had the opportunity to showcase exceptional customer service, process development and leading & training teams to achieve success throughout an entire business. My passion lies with all things operational and have had the pleasure to implement my own strategies for exceeding fiscal, interpersonal and customer expectations in varying work environments. Opening 11 new cafes across Sydney, Victoria and Queensland as well as working closely with over 30 franchised stores across the country, I love to travel and see other people's passions thrive within their communities. Handling high value assets such as the press fleets for well known automotive brands and having been hands on with vehicle training and events to promote the business as a whole. Leading a team is where I excel, showing them how it's done from the front line, and monitoring and improving standards every day.
