Paragon began as a technical support and services company back in 2011, founded by Isaac Kohno and Daniel Tran. Not long afterwards, Isaac seeing Clark’s growth potential with added inspiration following his work in China’s outsourcing industry, decided to take Paragon to another level: services outsourcing. Despite the abundance of BPOs that have sprung up in the Philippines, outsourcing options for small and medium-sized businesses remained scarce, Paragon have led the way in offering outsourcing services for developing companies and has since grown to be the leading provider of boutique outsourcing services in the region.
