About Isaac Lajeunesse

I'm a results-driven quality and manufacturing professional with a strong background in lean manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization. With hands-on experience in aerospace and automotive environments, I specialize in implementing Six Sigma and poka-yoke methodologies to improve product quality, streamline operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams, developed and audited quality management systems, and used a variety of precision measuring tools to maintain the integrity of high-stakes products. My approach is rooted in continuous improvement, safety-first thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence. I hold associate degrees in Energy and Robotics Engineering from MIAT College of Technology and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix—giving me both the technical foundation and leadership mindset to bridge the gap between production and strategic goals. Whether I’m optimizing floor layouts to increase daily output or driving stronger communication between departments, I bring energy, curiosity, and a dedication to building better systems that work—for people, product, and performance.
