I have over seven years of work experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation, and learning, working on projects funded by UN, UK Aid, USAID, and other reputable international organisations. I have developed and implemented effective M&E systems and tools, using digital and mobile-based platforms, to collect, manage, and analyse data for informed decision making. I have also trained and mentored other staff on M&E procedures and best practices, and provided technical support and feedback to programme teams and senior leadership. I have a strong track record of producing high-quality reports and presentations, and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including donors, partners, beneficiaries, and government agencies. I hold a Bsc Honours in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Africa University, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Special Honours) in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane State University. I am passionate about using evidence-based approaches to enhance the impact and sustainability of interventions. I am also passionate about data driven decision making.
