At Discovery Health, steering business continuity, consent and privacy initiatives is at the heart of my role as Programme Analyst. With a focus on process optimization, I lead the Health Privacy Office that supports the Deputy Information Officer, ensuring privacy aspects and data requests align with SLAs and all Privacy related queries from internal staff, schemes and members are handled within set SLA's. My expertise in data privacy is central to delivering strategic insights for informed decision-making on portfolio deliverables, where my analytical skills shine through in improving operational procedures. My tenure with Discovery Limited, as both Programme Analyst and previously as Project Associate Specialist, has been marked by a commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Our team's collaborative efforts have fostered the seamless management of the Business Continuity Program, Consent management Program, leveraging my CRM proficiency to enhance administrative support and develop robust training initiatives for stakeholders across regional offices.
