Background

About Isaac O.

Luck happens when opportunity intersects preparation. Innovation happens when Technology intersects project management. Certified as a PMP®, I have many years of experience across a range of significant projects. I specialize in large complex projects that require the accountability of traditional waterfall project management AND the adaptability of Agile. I use my technical knowledge and expertise in communication (to non-technical/unfamiliar & diverse audiences), and requirements analysis to deliver on project goals. Anecdotally, about 65% percent of requirements are never used and 20% of requirements usually meet 80% of user needs. The value I bring to any organization is my ability to ensure the necessary functional and non-functional aspects are accounted for in the final deliverable and meet end-user needs. Additionally, I have an impressive talent for motivating teams to embrace change, manage risk, and drive schedule. Achieving this, I can lead the project to completion efficiently. The result for the organization is a strategically aligned, sustainable, and quality project deliverable or system with low error/defect rate delivered within time and financial constraints. This allows the leadership to optimally and strategically utilize valuable resources as good stewards seeking the best ROI.
