About Isaac Rhodes

A confident and outgoing student with a passion for building a successful career in the sports industry. Through my roles at Loughborough Sport and working with international teams like Sofapaka FC, I’ve shown my ability to manage large-scale events, engage with diverse groups, and think on my feet in all situations. My range of experience, from coordinating leagues to coaching youth teams, has strengthened my communication, leadership, and organisational skills. I’ve also developed key connections with professional clubs like West Ham, where I delivered community sessions and supported player development. I am highly motivated to continue providing positive experiences in sport and have a strong desire to impress and exceed expectations in every project I undertake.
