Highlights • Designed a Quickbooks Advanced Report using Qlikview syntax expressions • Developed a Javascript/HTML notes app that formats agent notes and splits the transcript into a form that can be quickly entered in to Salesforce • Created a network based ad-removal proxy server using MySQL to join multiple data sources from the web Throughout my career, I have worked for non-profit organizations from small schools in the highlands of Fiji to a prestigious museum located in the middle of the Pacific on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands. The time has come for me to settle down and plant roots. I moved back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest (Portland, OR) and professionally certified my vast computer experience. I completed CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications. These certifications build on the lifetime of computer experience that I have used throughout the world. More recently, I have advanced certified as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor in Quickbooks online and certified in Quickbooks desktop software. I am also a certified Salesforce Administrator. Right out of college, I joined the Peace Corps and was assigned to the Fiji Islands. While there, I worked as a community organizer rallying the local villagers to take action to care for the environment and develop a comprehensive waste management strategy. I wrote a grant and managed multiple volunteers to renovate a high school school library. My love for computer technology was never abandoned during this time. I organized a computer training center, secured funding, trained teachers, and wrote a Microsoft Office curriculum.
