I am a young professional pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, as well as a minor in Sports Science. I have a passion for Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance that was discovered while taking coursework centered around exercise physiology, anatomy, and coaching strength and conditioning. While enrolled in these classes, I was given the opportunity to construct a mock 8 week off season training program for a collegiate team as a final project. Working as a Facility Supervisor with University Recreation has allowed me to grow and develop more as an individual and as an employee. I have also been able to perfect my conflict resolution, small group communication, and customer service skills by interacting first hand with patrons of different ages from different backgrounds on a daily basis.
