About Isaac Stein

I am a recent graduate student in Movement Science from the University of Michigan. My passion is within sport performance and sport science. As a former competitive powerlifter, I understand what true grit and hard work look like. The weight room gave me purpose during some of my lowest moments, and now I’m committed to giving back to athletes, clients, and coaches I work with. I try to give everything I have to help them reach their full potential. My personal experiences have shaped my core values, which now drive my approach to athletic development: building meaningful relationships, and teaching resilience both in and out of the weight room. My approach blends evidence-based practices with real-world experiences to create training models that are sustainable and effective. Whether I'm working with coaches, clients, athletes, or teams, my goal is always the same: to enhance performance while mitigating injury risk. My coaching philosophy is very simple- to prioritize athlete development through trust and accountability. Without the foundation of physical preparedness and trust, there is nothing meaningful to build upon. I'm currently seeking opportunities in collegiate strength and conditioning or sport science, and I'm eager to join a collaborative team where I can continue to grow, contribute, and make an impact on the athletes I work with.
