About Isabel Baert

I'm passionate about Customer Relationship Management, data driven marketing, and about how to get the most out of your data to grow your business. I'm a Solution Expert in CRM, data management, customer-centric marketing and data driven multichannel communication. After 20 years in sales functions, and 7 years in an expert & product role, I enjoy finding the right data answers to client's business needs. The world of personal data is changing fast, so the next chapter is always just a couple of pages away. I have worked for clients in many sectors including media, retail, CPG amongst others, and I have a soft spot for the non-profit sector, where data is key in helping NGO's reach their goals. I have developed business analyst experience, GDPR knowledge and project management skills with a punch for “making things happen”, by inspiring and steering cross-departmental resources.
