About Isabel Favela

I am a dedicated and experienced manager with many years of conflict resolution and handling high stress situations. I am excellent working with customers and co-workers to handle any problem, whether it be with a product or unruly or rude behavior, but with a “customer is always right” attitude. Working with the public and maintaining cash and inventory counts has made me the perfect multitask-er for any office setting. The tasks that I have had to complete between the managerial systems and the POS systems have taught me many computer skills that make transitioning from the retail world to an office setting effortless. I am dedicated to any task that I start until it is completed, and I often double check everything for mistakes. I want a career with stability and room for growth, but that will also challenge me to advance my skills, as well as learn any new ones that I can.
