Hi! Thank you for checking out my profile! In 2004 while studying Business Administration at University of Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil, I started my first business, in Tobacco Field. 19 years old at the time, with a small group of 35 employees, I had to learn pretty much everything to make the company functional and on how to deal with each person individually to make great results possible. After 7 years my company reached more than 250 team players that were all committed and motivated as we created a system that worked on the individual and its payments based on their good productivity. In 2014 I had an opportunity to open, with a partner, a Mexican Food Restaurant, fast food style. As general manager I was responsible for its all processes from recruitments to marketing and customer services. Arrived in Canada on July 2017 pursuing life with quality for me and my family. While working at a Barbecue Manufacturing Company I was able to perform a great Customer Service for U.S. and Canadian Customers and contribute to maintain Broil King´s great image.
