About Isabel K.

Presently, I am Wunderkind's People Coordinator in our 1WTC headquarters. I support executives and the People Team with scheduling. On top of that, I also work with my total rewards and talent management colleagues assisting with various projects such as open enrollment and onboarding. I also act as office administrator, running our office operations. I am a co-lead of Wunderqueers, one of our Wunderkind Identify & Impact Groups.Notable roles include Operations Coordinator at Team Union HR Consulting, where I managed generalist HR tasks for our startup clients, coordinated networking events and corporate retreats, and assisted in business development projects. Prior to this, I was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Selby Jennings, achieving top billing consultant of my class for the fiscal year. While earning my degree at Northeastern University, I completed an internship with the nonprofit writing center Grubstreet for their national conference, The Muse & the Marketplace. I also completed an Editorial & Operations Co-op at Boston Consulting Group, and an Editorial Co-op at National Geographic Learning. My skill set includes technical proficiency with various software, strong communication, and extensive experience in HR, operations & office administration, business development, and project management.
