As a seasoned KYC analyst with experience in global markets, I have a strong track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk across diverse regions, including EMEA, Canada, Australia, US, and LATAM. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in customer identity programs and case work management, providing daily support to leadership, advisors, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, I have played a key role in project management, including the creation and implementation of a Knowledge Hub and reports for enhanced support, as well as driving continuous process improvements and product development. With a passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail, I leverage my skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Automate to provide real-time insights and reporting to stakeholders. My strong communication skills, fluency in French and English, and intermediate German language proficiency enable me to effectively engage with a wide range of clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
