About Isabel Litman

I have over four years of leadership experience in the retail space, occupying roles in various areas including visual merchandising, customer service, and operations. My experience in visual merchandising and customer service have allowed me to empathize with the customer and be creative and strategic in finding ways to create the best the customer experience. My expertise also includes training and coaching high-performing sales and customer services teams. Throughout my career I have successfully lead teams through periods of operational transitions and implemented strategies that improve efficiency and productivity. My vision is to use my passion for design and technology coupled with my experience in customer service and merchandising to establish myself in the User Experience/User Interface fields. I find that the strategies in creating a satisfying customer experience in the physical space very much mirror those required to create a positive experience with digital products. As designers, we must be able to predict the needs of the customer and design a compelling and convenient platform that ultimately builds brand loyalty and drives business. I am eager to translate the skills I have garner in the retail space to digital products that help companies improve the customer experience.
