I have over 10+ years of experience in the field of social service, partnership, and resource development. Through past employment, I have provided positive outreach and program implementation gaining a considerable amount of experience in communicating and successfully serving people of my community. With suitable experience and qualifications, and reputation for excellence I can greatly enhance any organization. I believe I will be a proven asset to any organization willing to accept me as a member of the organization. I am highly skilled in all software computer programs. I hold a Bachelors of Arts Collaborative Health and Human Services with a concentration in Social Work & Public Health and a minor in Services Learning from California State University Monterey Bay. I recently graduated from Pacific Oaks College with a Masters of Arts on Organizational Leadership and Change. I possess great communication and written skills in English and Spanish. I have been able to maintain healthy and positive experiences with families and coworkers. The skills acquired throughout my past and present experiences make me a well-rounded individual, capable of adjusting to diverse settings. I am a quick learner, highly motivated; community oriented and have the ability to establish priorities and multi-task. Furthermore, I have excellent communication skills enabling me to work well with others. I enjoy taking on challenges and learning any new skills needed to be successful.
