About Isabel MacNeill

I am a passionate senior executive with broad general management experience who loves the strategic challenges that are posed by delivering brand and innovation objectives. My training in health sciences has always been at the core of my career, and there is nothing better than seeing a positive health outcome from an investment in the right piece of science or with the right talented individual. I have championed strategic portfolio reviews for marketing and communications functions and implemented companywide project management and reporting systems to improve performance. I have a holistic governance background as an experienced company director and also reporting to boards. Creating and maintaining a wide network is a fundamental component of my professional life. From academic, research, government, corporate or grassroots stakeholders, I have developed long lasting partnerships that have shaped positive outcomes. Having a career that spans both the commercial and not for profit sector and more latterly Higher Education I remain a customer focused leader.
