About Isabel Norlin

A curious, driven and very passionate creative communicator who loves anything that has to do with growth, mindset, and becoming the best version of myself. Right now, I work as a marketing and communication manager at Compani56, where I lead communication efforts for our client Nordrest, one of Sweden’s biggest restaurant groups, with over 200 locations across the country and 13+ in Finland. I’ve worked in marketing and communication for six years, and what I love most is turning ideas into strategies, campaigns and brand messages that feel real and actually connect with people. Outside of work, I’m a certified yoga teacher, podcaster, and I’m super passionate about mindset and personal growth. For me, it’s all connected; how we speak, how we show up, and how we grow as people, and in our profession. I believe we can create the life we want if we have the right tools and way of looking at things. Where some people see problems, I usually see opportunities. I’ve lived in different countries, which has shaped how I see the world. I speak Swedish, English, French, and Russian, which makes it easy for me to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds — something I truly love.
