Specialties: Corporate property management Having originally qualified as a Rural Practice Surveyor and managing diverse property portfolios on behalf of private clients, I decided to try my hand at commercial property management. Working at Gerald Eve, I specialised in property management for corporate occupiers in the leisure and retail sector with a particular focus on cost control. The time had come for a new challenge in a company that would allow me to expand on the skills developed over the last 12 years. The move to Assure has given me an opportunity to be involved in growing this market leading consultancy and specialising in all aspects of occupiers cost management. I report to the Managing Director and repsonsibilities include the review and analysis of lease terms, liaising with and reporting to clients and managing service charge instructions and disputes.
