About Isabel Penraeth

Isabel Penraeth is a serial innovator and implementer. Her striving for excellence began at a young age, when she was the valedictorian of her high school class and won a competition for a full ride scholarship to Stephens College. While earning her MFA at KU, she won the award for best new GTA in her department. She was also the first person in her college to deliver a master's thesis using computer generated assets working with a combination of miniCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Studio Max years before it became the norm. Since then, she has worked in a wide range of industries applying her deep insight into how people, processes, and technology can be marshaled to create amazing deliverables. She has an uncanny ability to forecast all the ways imbalances in people, processes, or technology create chaos and project failure. From her beginnings in stage management in the early 90s, she has helped align people, processes, and technology to reach business goals and build out the structures required to meet vision. Her career has led her through a broad set of developed skills including production and business experience in live theatrical productions, production management, print and e-book production, website and software development, speaker management, content development and delivery, and more. She has spent decades making processes better, and ultimately, ensuring the project achieves its goals.
