I believe in the power of great ideas to transform businesses and create real connections between brands and people. My leadership approach is grounded in valuing people, culture, and innovation — fostering more human environments where everyone feels seen and recognized. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Communication, I’ve worked at some of the top agencies in Brazil and currently serve as Head of Client Services at AKQA Casa, a creative studio that’s part of a global network operating in 30 countries. In this role, I lead strategic partnerships with brands like TikTok, Uber, Netflix, Nike and AB InBev, always with a focus on creative impact and tangible results. For a significant part of my career, I was dedicated to Nike, where I led iconic campaigns during the World Cup and Olympics in Brazil — experiences that shaped my perspective on collaborative, purpose-driven, and culturally relevant work. I also led the award-winning "Comercial Infinito" for Old Spice, which was recognized at Cannes for introducing a new technology in an innovative way. I’m a mother of two and also serve as Strategic Director of Associação Lar Casa Bela, a nonprofit organization that supports children aged 0 to 6 in vulnerable situations through a foster family program.
