Accounting major in Tamkang University in New Taipei City, Taiwan A year accounting master program in George Mason University, USA Global Marketing Master Degree in University of York, specially research in Customer Relationship Management. Everyone knows ROI. Nowadays, ROR should be the new focus. How to build up a relationship with every potential customer and strengthen the loyalty? Almost 5 years working in ASUS. As an overseas market develop manager, I monitor market trend closely and analyze customer behavior to find our laptops’ TA and manage Middle East region supply chain to ensure the supply chain is healthy. Working with my local team to research market TAM, competitors and customer behavior, we are able to react fast and position our products right in the market. I was assigned by the company to be country product manger in French office. I, managed my PM team, am responsible for product strategy to lead the team achieving OKRs. To challenge myself, I chose to join in Supermicro as Cost controller. In this position, I am able to learn more supply chain and cost analysis knowledge. By working with different manufacturing purchasers, I now know better market trend and latest hardware technology. It helps me better to support sales team to offer the right products.
