I am a highly motivated professional with a diverse background in political science and the arts. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Butler University, I have a deep understanding of government processes, policy analysis, and political strategies. My previous focus in Fine Arts in Dance has also equipped me with discipline, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.During my time at Butler University, I excelled academically, graduating cum laude and receiving the Outstanding Senior Political Science Award. I was honored to be a part of the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, and consistently achieved Dean's List recognition. My coursework covered a range of topics, including Constitutional Law, Research and Analysis, State & Local Government & Politics, and Introduction to U.S. Politics, enabling me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the political landscape.In pursuit of global experiences, I participated in the Council on International Educational Exchange's Global Internship Program in Lisbon, Portugal, where I honed my intercultural communication skills and gained insights into international politics. I also completed a semester at the Institute For Study Abroad in London, United Kingdom, where I focused on Contemporary British Politics, New Media and Behavior, and The Psychology of Crime and Justice in the UK.My professional experience includes serving as a Legislative Intern at The Market Street Group Indy, Inc, where I attended daily Indiana General Assembly meetings, conducted research on policy issues, and produced client updates and bill summaries. Additionally, I contributed to driving political participation as an Intern at MyPolis in Lisbon, Portugal, by engaging students, organizing community outreach, and conducting educational sessions.Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I have actively engaged in leadership roles and activities. As an Executive Board Member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, I served as the Panhellenic Delegate and contributed to committees focused on Academic Excellence, Public Relations, and Risk Management.
