About Isabela Pochmann

Versatility is the denominator of my professional trajectory. I have always walked in the creative areas, starting with photography 10 years ago, which has accompanied me to this day, bringing new ways of looking at the same things. Itinerant and curious, I've been traveling around Brazil since I turned 18, rarely having the opportunity to occupy a position that would allow me to do so with financial security. So, I've been a jack of all trades. Waitress, bartender, cashier, telemarketer, saleswoman. But if versatility is the denominator, then communication is certainly the driving force. I specialized in the communicative area looking for new roles to play, always on the same spectrum. I've been an English teacher, manager, and coach of a bar team, part of a journalism team, and volunteer at a hostel for worldpackers where I had contact with a huge range of different cultures, and all this led me to the area of ​​Customer Service Specialist/ Analyst. Bringing all this creativity and soft skills necessary for the area allows me to bring solutions as creative and innovative as technical and strategic. I'm the right one to come for problem-solving, I work well under pressure, but also without organizing myself into quieter routines like the home office. I see my professional trajectory as I see all other areas of life: opportunities for learning, evolution, and connection. Today, in addition to the role of Customer Support, I am a partner owner of Caosmosis Creative, where I am in charge of developing branding strategies, social media, marketing, personal branding, and managing digital projects for the customer letter and also for the company itself, which is sprouting little by little but already shows firm roots and fruitful partnerships. I dedicate myself very hard to everything I propose; if I don't know how to do it, I try to learn; if wrong, I trace the way back to discover the reason, if right; I look for new ways to do and/or improve. Adaptable, empathetic, and with good relationships, I believe that, if accompanied by the right people with the same goals, you will find the harmony and connections necessary for new stages, journeys, and learning.
