I strive to build a strong working alliance – one that is founded on trust, empathy, understanding, openness, and collaboration. Working together, I can help you build the self-awareness and insight you need to move confidently toward the life that you envision for yourself. I work from an Adlerian framework focusing on your unique strengths to help you establish a place and voice in the world. I’ll also help you identify and understand those patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that you’ve developed throughout your life that are helpful, as well as those that are not so helpful. As a therapist, I take an integrative approach and strive to ensure my clients feel heard, seen, validated, and challenged. I work with a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, values-clarification, career exploration or transition, parent coaching, concentration, emotion regulation, navigating life transitions, self-esteem, identity, trauma, relationship issues, conflict resolution and more.
