About Isabella C.

Hi, I'm Isabella!Growing up in Sedona, I fostered a deep appreciation for nature from a young age. In fact, my first “real” research report in elementary school focused on climate change. From then on, I have been hooked on tackling environmental problems. Today, I am pursuing a Master of Sustainable Solutions and a BS in Sustainability. I will graduate with my bachelor’s in December 2024 and my Master's in May 2026.I want to be a part of the clean energy transition. In my Sustainable Energy and Technologies class, I researched how Vehicle-to-Grid technologies could make the electricity grid more resilient and EV-friendly. As a Frasier Global Mentorship Program Awardee, I investigated the barriers and opportunities for reaching 100% renewable electricity in Hawai’i. I exemplified how energy efficiency could be capitalized to reduce energy demand while accomplishing the same tasks.I am pursuing these degrees because my dream role is to help companies decarbonize and meet their sustainability goals. I am interested in renewable energy, ESG consulting, Greenhouse Gas Accounting, and water conservation.
