After a year in School at the University of Cincinnati, I decided to go full-time at the company I had been working for, as the Store Manager. I have been with Shops by Todd for 4 years, and have been a manager with them at Jake's Toggery for 2 years. As a store manager I train new/existing staff, clientele with my customers', and run daily store operation. Being apart of a small business has allowed me to learn tremendous amount about the buying process and business logistic's.
