About Isabella Foos

I am a recent Master of Athletics Administration graduate seeking to work in athletics operations and management. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I knew athletics was a deep passion of mine and it drove me to focus my career in supporting sports promotion and operations. Following the conclusion of my Bachelors, I worked as the assistant to the Athletics Director for Meridian School District as a leave replacement position. This was a fantastic opportunity to get first-hand experience in the day-to-day operations of running an athletics department. I assisted the AD in a variety of tasks such as event support, student-athlete eligibility management, ticket operations, travel and lodging coordination, department expense reconciling, and many more. During my time at Meridian, I additionally gained roles as an assistant coach positions for varsity girls' soccer and track, as well as the coordinator for the Ski and Snowboard Program. To take the next step in my career path in athletics administration, I enrolled in the Master of Coaching and Athletics Administration program through Concordia University Irvine. I have concluded this program as of February 2024. This program has allowed me to learn more regarding NCAA policies, facility management, event operations, keys to developing and maintaining a coaching staff, and promoting student-athlete development. I am eager to utilize these tools in my future endeavors in athletics operations. While obtaining my masters, I was the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Mobile Floor Coverings LLC in Bellingham, WA where I have gained experience in a variety of administrative assistance duties such as QuickBooks accounting, payroll, project management, customer communications, material ordering, bank reconciliation, and expense reporting. Most recently, I got a job as an Athletic Coordinator with the Boys and Girls Club of King County in Mercer Island. I aim to learn more about athletics operations and gain exposure to new challenges in youth sports. I am excited to collaborate my administrative experience with a role in athletics operations and management.
