I am a Site Reliability Engineer on the Observability Team at PNC, where I specialize in creating comprehensive dashboards and data solutions that provide visibility into the health, performance, and reliability of our critical systems. Since the formation of our team, I’ve played a key role in shaping policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring that we have a solid foundation for effective observability and monitoring. A key part of my role is to bring together data from various sources, whether it’s monitoring systems on application logs, and consolidate it into a single pane of glass for stakeholders. I work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that I fully understand their needs and requirements before building out any solutions. In a fast-paced, solution-driven environment, I continuously learn, adapt, and deliver insights that help maintain reliable systems. By enabling teams to own their system observability, I contribute to both technical success and business outcomes.
