About Isabella Luquez

I am a third-year finance major at Florida State University looking to gain experience in an organization's Management of Financial Projects or Credit Analysis department. Ready to assist with data research and financial modeling. Currently working in the admissions department at FSU reviewing potential student applications. Previously a member of the National Hispanic Institute for three years, focusing on societal challenges with a team of professionals from different parts of Latin America, the U.S, and Europe. We built projects and strategies to enhance the life of our community. This experience made me connect with people from all around the world and understand their cultures and visions. I also volunteered in a public library in Panama as a math tutor for middle schoolers. I translated complex mathematical concepts such as equations, central tendency, and variability to make them easier to understand. That experience taught me that there are many solutions to one problem and how to adapt information to a specific segment of people.
