About Isabelle Badoux

I am an experienced Human Resources Director with an extensive history in non-profits, primary/secondary education and hospitality industries. My skill set includes all aspects of HR, including, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, collective bargaining, visa administration, training, and more. My passion is supporting mission focused organizations by ensuring a positive, productive and growth minded employee experience. I have had the honor of working for many fine organizations, including the Edlavitch Jewish Community Center, Washington International School and such hotels as the Monarch (now Fairmont), St. Regis, Sheraton Washington (subsequently the Marriott Wardman) and many more in D.C. and other cities. No firm can function without engaged and motivated staff. My role is to contribute to the mission with enthusiasm and energy. I work with leaders to hire the right people, ensure that responsibilities and goals are clear and specific, manage benefits so that processes are less complicated for users and ensure that policies and procedures are compliant with all local and national regulations. I am proud of every organization of which I have been a team member and proud of my achievements. I hold the SHRM - SCP credential.
