About Isabelle Bourgeois

As the Graphics Division Director for THE SH Group, I love being at the heart of bringing ALTO™ projects to life. My role gives me the chance to bring my extensive background in sales and customer service, as well as the insight I’ve gained into ALTO™ product and process, into every single project that comes in. As the division director, I lead ALTO™’s sales operations, coordinate project management and manage production priorities, ensuring that I support and encourage my team every step of the way. I believe that every problem has a solution, and we can find it by working together. With my experience in sales and customer service, in both national and international markets, I am a strong advocate for providing excellent client support through clear communication at all stages. Ultimately, the relationships I develop with our clients and my team are what lead to success. I have a strong interest in constantly developing my leadership and organizational skills to better myself, while also using them to encourage those who work with me. I see every challenge as a learning experience and hope to inspire that state of mind in others. To me, the best reward is when determination and hard work lead to lasting, quality results the client loves.
